At Cocoon Face and Body beauty salon in Kings Langley, Microdermabrasion is one of my most popular treatments, thanks to the exceptional results clients see on their skin throughout a series of treatments.
My Microdermabrasion treatment is a fast, safe, non-invasive process for skin rejuvenation, stimulating an increase in collagen production. Removing the superficial outer layer of dry skin, this treatment improves your skin’s overall texture and quality, allowing new, healthy skin to shine through. Treatments are gentle and feel similar to having a facial.
If you need multiple sessions, I can outline a treatment plan designed just for you, complemented with an optional skincare routine for you to continue at home. Treatments can be done in single session however, for most skin concerns a series of 6–10 treatments is recommended to achieve optimal results, with 1-2 weeks in between for skin to recover.
Microdermabrasion treatments can be done on their own, or complimented by one of the below facials. By combining with a facial treatment, it allows skincare products to be absorbed into the skin faster, resulting in a fresher, smoother complexion, without the need for invasive surgery.
Whether you have dry, sensitive, dull, combination, post acne or ageing skin, I can tailor the treatment just for you. After a treatment your skin may have a little redness or temporary flaking, which is why it is important to keep the area well moisturised and stay out of the sun - sunscreen is a must!
