Cancellation
Kindly note, cancellations or changes need to be communicated via a call or SMS 24hr prior to your appointment otherwise your treatment fee will be applied. Respectfully, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late your appointment will still be completed on time and the treatment fee will remain unchanged. This is to avoid clients appointments after yours being inconvenienced. I thank you for your understanding, as this helps me provide you with quality service.
Gift Vouchers
