Cocoon Face & Body Gift Vouchers can be purchased in salon, over the phone or email. If purchased via phone or email, the Gift Voucher can be collected from the salon, mailed to recipient or sent via email.

All Gift Vouchers expire 36 months from the date of issue.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable to others.

The salon cancellation policy also applies to Gift Vouchers - no show and cancellations within 24 hours will have the service deducted from the value of the Gift Voucher.
